   Awards
   I have won numerous awards from Customer Service to Sales Person Of The Year from the News-Press over the years. I am on record as the only inside sales executive to be nominated for Gannett Sales Person Of The Year. In 2010 I won Digital Sales Person Of The Year, as well as Director’s Club and was one of the highest in percentage over annual goal.
   Qualifications
   I am familiar and comfortable with deadlines and fast paced situations.
   I make it a point to work with all different personalities in a positive manner
   It is extremely rare for me to receive a customer complaint
   I function best in a fast paced goal driven environment.
   I learn quickly and have a positive attitude
   I take time to learn the products and procedures so that I may be successful and an excellent resource for customers.
   Work Experience
   Although most of my work years have been with the News-Press (20+), below are a few other skills I have held:
   •Investigative reporter, layout and print assistant with the Pine Island Mullet
   Wrapper
   •North Fort Myers Sun Newspaper wrote weekly column titled; “Debbie’s Corner”
   •Pine Island Eagle wrote weekly column titled; Quip Soup
   •Crewed a Stone/Blue Crab Boat for 1 year
   •Sang at local restaurants
   •I hold a Florida Real Estate License and sold real estate in the Pine Island area.
   •I also have done waitressing in my younger years.
   Note:
   I am seeking a position that requires , I use professionalism, kindness, caring and exceptional customer service. A position where I can also learn and grow within the company. I have had experience dealing with many different personalities and have been able to satisfy the customer and the company expectations creating a win win situation.
