Your driver almost killed my 3 year old and myself when she ran a red light at Wymore and Kennedy. I turned into the center to discuss this with a manager/director but did not see anyone when I came him, the staff that let me in seemed very nice but it’s pretty scary to think that this driver is deemed component enough to drive residents around as I noticed that there were elderly residents who got off the bus.

The facility staff is really good but the administrative staff is incompetent to run a facility and a friend of mine has a relative there that they recently took there parent out the facility because of the management and the fact that the released one of the best employees that they ever had.

First off, Love the facility. Its very beautiful and well taken care of. The landscaping looks very clean and well trimmed. The rooms are a bit ordinary but nothing a little paint and beautiful picture to put up on the walls could do. After that all said and done, when I arrived to tour the facility, I could not find a single staff member available. I have walked up and down the halls and could not find anyone. Who’s watching these residents? I found a maintenance personnel, I believe his name is Ed, who had an attitude when I asked if there was someone to speak to about the facility. He pointed me to the direction of the Nurses station yet the door was closed and locked. Overall great facility despite the fact that no one including Ed could help me out.
