I live here and as far as I’m concerned, it’s a nice place to live. I pay $1,650 for a private room with an attached bathroom. A semi-private room with one room mate goes for $1,250. Mr Joseph has a charitable side and allows a certain number of people on SSI ($675/mo) to surrender most of their assistance money for a semi-private bed. All and all I like it here. The owner is responsive and the staff is capable, though at times, a bit overburdened.

This has been my home since July 23, 2010. I needed to be at an ALF since I
had brain surgery in May of 2010. I have nothing but good things to say about
Hyde Park. The owners are helpfull in every way . I’ve been helped and given advice
whenever needed . The staff also help in every way they can. Although I have
never been to an ALF, I would recomend Hyde Park to all who need the assistance
of a ALF.

My dad lives here, and loves it. Very nice neighborhood and a clean, decent facility. We’ve had minor problems with things disappearing, but other than that, it is great.
