I have commercial land approved for retirement or ALF home. I can get funding for 30 to 120 apartments for affortable senior rentals. Funding would be at about 30% of what institutions would require to finance. (currently at 2.5% int.) It can be funding for 95% of total project costs . I would participate with investing 60% of land acquisition cost. I need to gain interest ASAP . I have an option to sell to a land developer as a residential project. I have only 30 days to commit. The cost of a 1 bedroom in assisted living is $3250 for a standard apt., and $3450 per month for a delux 1-bedroom apt.
There are several levels of care that are added to your monthly rent ranging from $300 to $1500 additional per month
