The facility staff is really good but the administrative staff is incompetent to run a facility and a friend of mine has a relative there that they recently took there parent out the facility because of the management and the fact that the released one of the best employees that they ever had.

I have just recently moved to Florida from California. I have been a home care and facility care provider and housekeeper for over 30 years. I have been employed by state, county, ad privately ownd facilities, as well as working for personal individuals. I am CPR certified as well as first aid. Have extensive experience in senior care of alzheimer patients as well as wheelchair bound individuals. Am looking for employment as soon as possible. Working with seniors has been a passion of mine. At times the job is demanding, but be able to help others has always been rewarding in itself.

My mom is at Carriage House. I thank God daily that she has found an environment that is a real home, with loving care-givers who take a genuine interest in caring for each resident individually and meeting their needs. The atmosphere is up-beat, they deal with end-life issues, Alzeimers, whatever the personal needs are. Taking care of the residents is a mission for the care-givers, not just a job. You can’t buy love; the Carriage House staff gives it for free.
