   Seeking a facility to house my sister. Age 60, bipolar, needs medication monitoring and housing. Income is SS and she has Medicare. When medicated, she can drive, work apx. 15 hrs a week and take care of her personal needs. She can no longer stay at our father’s home due to his advanced age. What are our options.
