Osprey Lodge Assisted Living Center, located off U.S. 441 in Mount Dora, is set to be developed by the well known company, Sarasota Core Construction Florida. The Five story,140,000 square foot establishment is estimated to cost around 16 million. Core, a company that is no stranger to the development of multi million dollar contracts, has already constructed 30 Assisted Living Centers.
