Expecting to open its first northeast complex in september,
Sunrise Senior Living, which operates 415 senior communities worldwide, announced Wednesday. It will be housed in a new three-story, 65,000-square-foot building off Belfort Road on the Southside.
Sunrise of Jacksonville, as the community is called, is designed to accomodate as many as 90 residents in about 50 assisted-living rooms and nearly 30 memory care units
