i am and have been trying to get a response from your facility for weeks,. i am transferring or vacating my mom from your facility. i understand there is no court order keeping her there. please make arrangements on your end to do so. i would appreciate a phone call from any one in charge?? i have spoken to state of fl. and ombudsman. i need her doctors orders to transfer,list of meds.,and medical records. it is in her best interest to relocate,. keeping her there is only harming her health. i would greatly appreciate your cooperation, asap. thank you. trayce gonzalez [edit].
